Sales Counselors/Weight Loss Consultants, Assistant Centre and Centre Manager are the basic make up of our teams and the front line to our clients. As part of our employee development and commitment to a strong workforce a 3 week basic new hire training is provided to all successful interview candidates at our beautiful training facility in Woodbridge, ON.
Our Basic Sales and Service Training is designed to set our employees and clients up for ultimate success and as a result is taken very seriously. As a participant in training homework assignments, test and/or validation both written and oral are conducted and role play is required. Our Trainers who are part of the Executive Team work exceptionally hard to ensure that our top talent is able and excited to go to Centre, work as part of the LA Weight Loss team and make a difference in our clients lives.
